Belly Dancing

An ancient form of dance that originated in the Middle East. Belly Dancing is characterized by articulated isolation movements, undulations, percussive locking movements, and fluttering movements called shimmies. Belly dancing creates improved coordination, balance, muscle tone and posture. The characteristic movements provide deep abdominal toning, as well as a great work out for arms, hips, and thighs. Come shimmy away unwanted pounds, stress, and inhibitions while improving your physique and self esteem though this sensual dance.


Traditional belly dance moves in a high cardio non impact class focusing on the core, shoulders, arms & thighs with a nice variety of salsa, samba, flamenco and reggaetone.

Erotic Dance Event

Consists of a great stretch warm-up to get you limber. Dance moves are sensual and simply choreographed to provide you with the ability to dance for your own private and personal pleasure.

Expressive Movement

Interpretation of music based on emotional expression inspired by rhythm, music & silence. Techniques taught to enable greater depth allowing participants freedom to express themselves and encourage individuality.
