Our Power stretch class is suitable for ALL LEVELS. This powerful, energetic,
playful flowing stretch class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners,
intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.
The Power stretch flow will torch your calories, improve balance and body awareness as well as tone and strengthen your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment.
Motivating Group classes using elastics, body bars, coated dumbbells, weighted balls etc. to trim and tone the body while working all the muscle groups.
Experience the ultimate cardio and strength interval rush. This class incorporates core training, with the use of our GTS machines, stability balls, body bars and free weights. Easily modified for all fitness levels, this is a work-out to be conquered.
These GTS machine blast classes demand explosive energy, focus and strength. The "BLAST" is an opportunity for participants to schedule in an effective, alternative class in our non-competitive environment. Dynamic, intense and fun these full body workouts improve your overall strength and endurance. This GTS BLAST class is suitable for most fitness levels.
Multi energy workout, using gliding disk to targets and improve balance, co-ordination and cardio. Weights are used to develop and maintain strength. This workout is designed for every fitness level to help improve on strength, agility, stability and flexibility.
Our 40 minute Pila-Tone class offers clients the ability to experience a mat Pilates class during their lunch hour. Incorporating the basic Pilates principles this class is less structured allowing more freedom to incorporate a variety of props.
